The purpose of the journal is coverage of different aspects of management and governance, such as international organizations and communities’ management, state and regional governance, company’s management, etc. It is published in English with quarterly frequency, in Sumy (Ukraine). The Journal is open access and double blind peer-reviewed. Since 2019, the "Problems and Perspectives in Management" Journal is the Member (JM13790) of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
